This is about an on-going phenomenon occurring in the Greater New Orleans area.
This presentation has local still shots and some video links.
There is supplementary material that pertains to the subject.
You can Prove It For Yourself. Anyone with a set of eyes who will get off the go-go hamster wheel, pay attention to
the sky overhead on a regular basis, will eventually verify the fact of the physical phenomenon taking place. Then it becomes,
"What Does This Mean?"
There are a number of possibilities...
But first...
Where to begin.... At the start of catching on, Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008.
Got up at 8:00 a.m. A picture perfect beautiful blue sky day in Saint Tammany Parish, Northshore, Greater New Orleans area.
Went back to sleep.
Got up at 12:00 noon. By 12:30, out the door to check oil in the truck.
Overhead, long streams. Similar to contrails that linger under certain conditions, but not quite. Similar to trails from missile
shots from desert to ocean in Southern California, but not quite.
I'd seen them for about 5, 6 years. I thought, what are the natural air streams I've seen high over the Pacific flying back and
forth between the U.S. and Taiwan, Japan, Korea in the early '90s, doing so low to the ground? I chalked it up to global
warming. The preponderance of overcast days with extra heat, likewise... global warming. I even found myself complaining,
"God, this global warming has nearly ruined what used to be a great place."
This day was unusual in that there were So Many of them. They ran parallel to each other overhead. To my left I could see that
they were spreading out. Further left, and they were overlapping. Further still, and they had formed an overcast.
I thought, How Odd.
Went back into the house.
Came out about 1:00 in the afternoon to go to work. The trails over my head had spread out and were overlapping, with
patches of blue sky showing through.
Got in my truck and started for work.
Stopped at a gas station on Highway 11 before going over Lake Pontchartrain to New Orleans East.
Got out. Looked back.
Wow.
A massive overcast could be seen from Lacombe into Mandeville. And not quite so thick, over portions of Slidell. There were
trails coming down to join and build up this thinner layer. They were at various altitudes. My gaze followed them up, a stairway.
And then I saw them.
Two white jets. Laying miles long trails. They crossed paths.
Looked to the left. Two more doing the same.
Watched them.
A Cogent, Intentional, Systematic creation of an Artificial Overcast.
Felt in a Sci-Fi world.
Pointed this out to the guy pumping gas next to me. He stopped and took a good look. He said he never would have known if I
hadn't shown him. He thanked me. I told him this was the first time I'd seen it.
My first private thoughts about this phenomenon had been along sinister lines.
I tried to spin it more positively.
"Maybe they're trying to protect us from UV," I said.
Tuesday night, very early Wednesday morning, looked up at the sky over the house.
Cookie cutter sky. Rectangles of clouds with roughly even spacing between them.
More spray.
Wednesday a whiteout day on the Northshore, extending to the Southshore of New Orleans East over the manufacturing
facility that employs me.
I began taking notes.
Thursday, some breaks in it and some patches of blue. Going over the Highway 11 bridge to work, looked up through one of
those breaks and saw a trail. When I got to the Southshore, pulled over and looked up. Through a larger patch of blue, two
trails crossed.
I took a threeday weekend to try to come to some conclusion on what this was about.
Friday was a blue sky day.
Saturday as well.
I got on the net and started poking around. By Sunday evening I had reached a, for me, likely conclusion.
My first stop was about a Shreveport t.v. station that had taken a look at this phenomenon in its area. Rain water that fell
through the mess was analyzed. It was found to have 3 to 5 times the allowable amount of barium.
Googled barium in atmosphere. Came to injection of particulates into atmosphere, specifically barium and aluminum, in
conjunction with huge wattage radio waves used to heat portions of the ionosphere into a plasma, with such particulate layers
as focusing lenses, for a variety of purposes, one being pinpoint satellite communications not available any other way.
This lead to HAARP, High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.
This utilizes a huge array of 180 antennas on a total land area of about 35 acres for the purpose of heating the ionosphere to
produce a number of effects.
Went to the home page. On the program purpose page it mentions use to enhance communications and surveillance systems
for both civilian and defense purposes.
There is a satellite intelligence gathering complex on the Northshore, with microwave antennas.
I had taken notes on temperature.
Tuesday morning, before mess began, it was heater day.
On Wednesday the temperature went UP, not down... by late Wednesday night, very early Thursday, it was air conditioner time.
As it cleared up Friday, the temperature came down.
By Saturday morning, it was again heater time.
The first attempt to shoot down the spy satellite was to be Thursday, 2-21-8.
It was pushed up to Wednesday, 2-20-8.
This was the day of complete coverage.
The day of the temperature increase.
A day of optimal utilization of satellite communications assets through heating of ionosphere, bouncing/focusing via artificial
overcast/atmospheric in the successful shooting down of that spy satellite on first try.
Icing on the cake on this, for me, is the fact that the crystals went out on the remaining working hand-held remote control units
for the overhead crane in a blanketed Southshore manufacturing facility on this day. An unintended by-product, sympathetic
frequencies rendering them unusable, reducing a crew to pendant control and vocal signals.
Mystery resolved, for that particular instance.
Yet, there are some other things a charged artificial atmospheric is called out for in array utilizations, for there is a
multi-compartment nature.
Since intitial discovery, I have been watching the sky.
I can say there is an on-going artificial atmospherics effort.
From very light touches that tend to keep something in the atmosphere, and in our bodies, as it is the only air we have to
breath...
To moderate sprays that put some, "milk," in the blue sky.
To heavier sprays that result in whiteout.
There have been some true blue sky days since initial discovery.
But, once you've caught on and start observing carefully, you'll find the ratio disappointing compared to the very subtle to
outright blatant alterations.
Folks, we are not in Kansas anymore. Not that we ever really were.
Those doing this are well versed in various pyschologies.
Well versed in how our lives are lived.
They hid this in the best of possible places... They hid it in plain sight.
We're just too busy to pay attention to the skies above us on a consistent, calculating basis, too busy to gaze upward, stop,
and really take a good look.
Until Now.
You should want to take a look at some local still shots of light to moderate sprays.
You will at least want to know the effects of consistent exposure to barium on you and your loved ones.
So I advise to proceed through the presentation.
